Michael Kalimtzis joined W. P. Carey’s Asset Management Team in January 2020 and currently serves as Vice President and Project Manager. In this role, he assists in managing W. P. Carey’s active pipeline of capital investment projects across North America, including build-to-suits, expansions and renovations. Carey, he worked as a Project Manager for ARCO/Murray. Ryan attended the University of Notre Dame where he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
