Carey as a summer intern, after which she returned to work as an Analyst. In 2024, she graduated from Warwick Business School with First Class Honours in a BSc of Management. Prior to joining W. P. Carey, Lucia completed a summer internship in Macquarie’s Corporate Real Estate department, where she assisted in managing and optimizing a 20+ property portfolio.

Alex Osborne joined W. P. Carey’s European Investments Team in the London office in October 2024. Prior to W. P. Carey, Alex was part of the Leveraged Finance team at Société Générale. Here, he focused on the origination, structuring and execution of leveraged loans and high yield bonds for sponsor-backed acquisitions. Prior to this, Alex worked at MUFG, Japan’s largest bank, rotating around the Investment Banking division as part of the Graduate programme.
