Kyle Cashen joined W. P. Carey’s Investments Team in June 2022 as an Associate. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing net lease retail investments across the U.S. Prior to W. P. Carey, Kyle worked at VEREIT where he focused on industrial, office and retail acquisitions. Kyle graduated from Brigham Young University-Hawaii where he double majored in Accounting and Finance and minored in Economics.
