Jason Patterson joined W. P. Carey’s Investments Team in September 2021 as Vice President and currently serves as Senior Vice President. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing net lease investments throughout North America. Prior to W. P. Carey, he worked at CS Capital Advisors within their Real Estate Advisory & Asset Management team covering a range of healthcare and real estate companies. Prior to CS Capital Advisors, he worked in real estate private equity at Fortress Investment Group and in investment banking at JPMorgan. Jason graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business & College of Arts and Sciences with a B.Sc. in Economics and a B.A. in Philosophy.
