Jake Fritsche joined W. P. Carey’s Asset Management Team in July 2022 as an Analyst. Prior to joining W. P. Carey, Jake was a Summer Investment Analyst at Hines as well as Stonelake Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm in Houston. Jake attended the University of Texas, where he earned his B.B.A in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the McCombs School of Business. Jake is also a graduate of Houston Christian in Houston, TX.
