Daniel joined W. P. Carey’s Investments Team in December 2022 as an Associate. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing self-storage acquisitions and developments across the U.S. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked as a Senior Analyst at Hines where he focused on self-storage developments and acquisitions in Texas, Colorado and Arizona. Daniel graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where he majored in Economics and received a certificate of business from the McCombs School of Business.
