Toni Sanzone has served as Chief Financial Officer of W. P. Carey since 2017. In her role, she oversees vital financial and risk mitigation functions in the U.S. and Europe, including accounting and financial reporting, information technology, internal audit, tax and treasury. She has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Net Lease Office Properties (NYSE: NLOP) since 2023. Prior to her role as Chief Financial Officer, she was Chief Accounting Officer and Global Corporate Controller. She is a member of W. P. Carey’s Operating and internal Investment Committees.

Before joining W. P. Carey in 2013, Ms. Sanzone served as Corporate Controller at iStar Inc., a publicly traded REIT acquired by Safehold in 2023, and held various accounting and financial reporting roles at Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. She also held various positions in the assurance and advisory services practice of Deloitte LLP.

Ms. Sanzone is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of New York and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Long Island University, C.W. Post (now LIU Post).
