Constantin H. Beier was elected to W. P. Carey’s Board of Directors in 2022 and serves as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. He is the Chief Operating Officer for the Strategy & Technology Group and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Aon plc, a global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, health and wealth solutions.
 

Mr. Beier brings two decades of international business experience in enterprise risk management, data analytics and operations, as well as legal experience. In addition to his current role, he has held a number of positions at Aon plc, including Chief Data Officer, Global Head of Business Development for Aon Data & Analytic Services, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Aon INPOINT, and Chief Executive Officer of Aon's Centre for Innovation & Analytics, Dublin.
 

Mr. Beier holds a doctorate in legal studies from Heidelberg University. He currently serves as a board member of the Aon Singapore Centre for Innovation, Strategy and Management PTE Ltd., Aon Norway AS, Oslo, and Schule Schloss Salem, Germany’s largest boarding school.
