In 2025, W. P. Carey entered into an agreement with its existing tenant to invest in a build-to-suit for a new facility in Ontario, Canada. The Class A industrial facility was completed in Q3 2026.

Working closely with the tenant, W. P. Carey coordinated all aspects of the project to ensure the new facility met the company's operational requirements while maintaining cost and schedule discipline.
