Nick Divis joined W. P. Carey’s Strategy and Capital Markets team in July 2026 and currently serves as an Analyst. Prior to joining the firm full time, he was a Strategy and Capital Markets Intern at W. P. Carey during the 2024 summer. In 2025, he was a Summer Analyst at Ares Management, where he worked on the real estate equity team. Nick attended the University of Notre Dame, graduating magna cum laude from the Mendoza College of Business with a B.B.A in Finance.
