Sam Rubenstein joined W. P. Carey in 2018 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President on the Asset Management team. In his role, he works on leasing, restructuring and disposition transactions for W. P. Carey’s portfolio. He is also actively involved in sourcing and executing on the company's development projects. Sam received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He is an avid runner, having previously participated in the New York City Marathon as part of the W. P Carey-sponsored team.
