Ryan Heard joined W. P. Carey’s Asset Management Team in September 2021 and currently serves as Vice President, Construction & Development. In his role, he assists in managing W. P. Carey’s active pipeline of capital investment projects across North America, including build-to-suits, expansions and renovations. Before joining W. P. Carey, he worked as a Project Manager for ARCO/Murray. Ryan attended the University of Notre Dame where he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
