Ryan Heard joined W. P. Carey’s Asset Management Team as Associate Project Manager in September 2021. In his role, he assists in managing W. P. Carey’s active pipeline of capital investment projects across North America, including build-to-suits, expansions and renovations. Before joining W. P. Carey, he worked as a Project Manager for ARCO/Murray. Ryan attended the University of Notre Dame where he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
