Ryan Heard joined W. P. Carey’s Asset Management Team in September 2021 and currently serves as Vice President and Project Manager. In his role, he assists in managing W. P. Carey’s active pipeline of capital investment projects across North America, including build-to-suits, expansions and renovations. Before joining W. P. Carey, he worked as a Project Manager for ARCO/Murray. Ryan attended the University of Notre Dame where he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
