Michael Kalimtzis is a Vice President and Project Manager, having joined the company in January 2020 as an Associate Project Manager on the Asset Management Team. In this role, he assists in managing W. P. Carey’s active pipeline of capital investment projects across North America, including build-to-suits, expansions and renovations. Previously, he worked as a Project Engineer with Gilbane Building Company. Michael earned his B.E. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
