Michael Kalimtzis joined W. P. Carey’s Asset Management Team in January 2020 and currently serves as Vice President, Construction & Development. In this role, he assists in managing W. P. Carey’s active pipeline of capital investment projects across North America, including build-to-suits, expansions and renovations. Previously, he worked as a Project Engineer with Gilbane Building Company. Michael earned his B.E. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
