Connor Axford joined W. P. Carey’s Asset Management Team in July 2026 and currently serves as Construction & Development Manager. In this role, he assists with the development and construction of W. P. Carey’s pipeline of capital investment projects across North America, including redevelopments and build-to-suits. Previously, Connor served as Director of Development at Whitney Development. Connor graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Finance.
