Marina Folz joined W. P. Carey’s Asset Management Team in July 2019 and currently serves as Senior Vice President. Her responsibilities include leasing, restructurings, dispositions, redevelopments and other expansion investments for W. P. Carey’s North American portfolio. After graduating from Phillips Academy Andover, Marina earned her B.S. in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University. She is a native German speaker and an avid golfer.
