Access Tax Information

Stockholders whose shares are held at W. P. Carey’s transfer agent, Computershare Inc., may access their 2023 or historical Form 1099-DIV or Form 1099-B via Computershare's Investor Center. As a result of the Spin-off of Net Lease Office Properties (NYSE: NLOP) in 2023, which was a taxable distribution for U.S. federal income tax purposes, investors can expect to receive two 1099-DIVs issued by Computershare for 2023, one relating to cash dividends and one relating to the Spin-off.

Stockholders whose shares were held in a brokerage account during 2023 will receive their tax information from their brokerage firm or custodian.
