Willem Hoes joined the International Asset Management Team in 2018 as an Associate. In his role he is responsible for property management, expansions and built-to-suit developments. Prior to joining W. P. Carey, he worked as a consultant at CBRE and Arcadis where he focused on monitoring, technical due diligence, and redevelopment studies.

Willem is originally from the Netherlands. He earned a B.Sc. degree in Built Environment from the University of Groningen. He enjoys travelling and a wide variety of food and sports, but is especially keen on skiing and snowboarding.
