Consolidated Systems, Inc. was founded in 1954 and operates manufacturing facilities across the United States and owns a subsidiary transportation company, Consolidated Cargo Carriers. Its three subsidiaries, Metal Dek Group^®, Consolidated Metal Products^® Group (CMP™) and Consolidated Components Group™ (CCG™) manufacture a complete line of metal roof, floor and form dek systems for structural and architectural applications; a product line of stay-in-place dek forms for bridge construction; and metal roofing and siding panels from Versa-Steel, respectively.
