NEW YORK -- (Dow Jones) -- W . P . Carey & Co. LLC (WPC) raised its cash dividend to 42.9 cents from 42.8 cents for the quarter ending June 28. In a press release Wednesday, the investment banking firm said that the quarterly dividend will be paid on July 15 to shareholders of record as of June 28. The company said it has increased dividends every year since it went public in January 1998. Carey also announced dividend increases for four publicly held non-traded real estate investment trusts which it manages. The dividends also will be paid on July 15 to shareholders as of June 28, for the quarter ending June 28. Corporate Property Associates 15 Inc. raised its quarterly dividend to 15.12 cents from 15 cents. Corporate Property Associates 12 Inc. increased its dividend to 20.59 cents from 20.57 cents. Corporate Property Associates 14 Inc. increased its dividend to 18.77 cents from 18.75 cents. Finally, Carey Institutional Properties Inc. declared a dividend of 21.29 cents, up from 21.27 cents last quarter.
