Ms. Dias de Almeida joined W. P. Carey & Co. B.V. in the firm's Amsterdam office in January 2009 as tax manager for non U.S. investments. Prior to joining W. P. Carey, she worked at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation in Amsterdam as Senior Research Associate for multiple jurisdictions in the Europe, Africa and Middle East Groups. From 2003 through 2006, Ms. Dias de Almeida integrated the PricewaterhouseCoopers Lisbon real estate taxation group and for several years prior, worked as tax advisor in the indirect taxation group of KPMG Lisbon.
Ms. Dias de Almeida graduated with a law degree from the Universidade Catolica Portuguesa (UCP) in Lisbon and received a postgraduate degree in Business Administration at UCP in OPorto. She is also a certified trainer by the Portuguese Labour and Professional Training Institute.
