Mr. van Ommen served as CEO of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) from 2000 to 2008, promoting, developing and representing the European public real estate sector. He has over three decades of financial industry experience, serving various roles in the banking, venture capital and asset management sectors. Mr. van Ommen currently serves on the boards of Babis Vovos, Intervest Retail and Intervest Offices, Pirelli RE and IVG Immobilien AG. An MBA graduate, Mr. van Ommen speaks Dutch, German and French.
