Mr. Merrill joined W. P. Carey’s Asset Management group in 2003 as an Associate and was promoted to Asset Management Controller in 2005. In 2008, Mr. Merrill was selected to head the newly formed Lease Administration Group as the Director of Lease Administration.
Mr. Merrill began his career over 15 years ago doing regional mall management and development in Syracuse, NY, his hometown. He has also had experience managing mini-storage and strip mall properties.
Mr. Merrill attended The University at Buffalo where he earned an MBA in Corporate Finance. He also holds a B.A. in Accounting.
