Ms. Lucas joined W. P. Carey & Co. LLC in 2005, and was promoted to Director in 2010. Since joining the International Investment Team, Ms. Lucas has been involved in structuring and closing several hundred million in long-term sale-leaseback financing transactions across Continental Europe and the UK on behalf of W. P. Carey, particularly for private equity firms looking to release capital from the balance sheets of their portfolio companies.
Prior to joining W. P. Carey, Ms. Lucas worked in Procter and Gamble’s competitive intelligence unit. She graduated magna cum laude from Oxford University’s Materials Science, Economics and Management (MEM) course, where she received her Master of Engineering.
