Grace Shui serves as Managing Director for W. P. Carey Asia. Ms. Shui is responsible for the comprehensive management of the company, project development, asset repositioning, investment and financial analysis, transaction structuring, business development and asset management. With over 18 years working experience in Multi-National Companies in Asia, Ms. Shui has accumulated deep market knowledge and insight, and provided valuable guidance and advice on project investment and financing, project design, international expansion, etc.
Before joining W. P. Carey, Ms. Shui served as the M&A Director at GE Capital, Special Projects Director at Morgan Stanley, Chief Representative at Hutchison Whampoa Group Wholly-owned Subsidiary, etc. She holds a bachelors degree from University of California, Irvine, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
