Ms. Neiley joined W. P. Carey in 1999 as a First Vice President in the Asset Management Department. She was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2002. In addition to her portfolio transaction responsibilities, she also serves as the Director of Asset Management – Compliance.
Prior to joining W. P. Carey, Ms. Neiley was a Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, where she worked as an asset manager in the real estate group from 1987 to 1999. Ms. Neiley was previously with Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP from 1984 to 1987 and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Neiley graduated with honors from Lafayette College, where she earned a B.A. in Economics and Business. She received her MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business.
