Mr. Lal joined W. P. Carey’s Asset Management Group as an International Compliance Analyst in June 2007 and became a part of the Transactions team in March 2009. He attended New York University, where he graduated from with a B.A. in both in Economics and History and a minor in Middle Eastern Studies. Mr. Lal spent nine months in Amsterdam assisting with the opening of W. P. Carey’s European Asset Management office, W. P. Carey and Co. B.V. He is an alumnus of the Delta Phi Fraternity ("St. Elmo") and grew up in Croton on Hudson, NY.
