• Tesco is the world’s fourth-largest retailer employing over 470,000 people in fourteen countries. It has been active in Hungary for thirteen years through its subsidiary, Tesco-Global Zrt (TGZ).    TGZ holds 148 stores and 19,000 employees, making it Hungary’s number one grocery retailer.

• The W. P. Carey Group’s acquisition of the two facilities is the Group’s first transaction in Hungary.  Totaling 998,033 square feet and located just outside Budapest, the two facilities  provide easy and efficient access to the City’s center.
