It has operations in the southern and eastern United States with 68 distribution centers and 70 manufacturing facilities in 13 states. The Company serves a diversified customer base ranging from production homebuilders to small custom homebuilders. Its customers include Centex Corporation, D.R. Horton, Inc., Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc., Pulte Homes, Inc. and The Ryland Group, Inc. Since March of 1998, the company acquired twenty-three companies, each of which was already an outstanding supplier to professional homebuilders in the markets they serve.
