The W. P. Carey Group Announces Third Quarter 2005 Distributions

NEW YORK, NY, September 20, 2005 -- The Boards of Directors of Corporate Property Associates 16 – Global Incorporated (CPA®:16 - Global), Corporate Property Associates 15 Incorporated (CPA®:15), Corporate Property Associates 14 Incorporated (CPA®:14) and Corporate Property Associates 12 Incorporated (CPA®:12) announced today the distributions for each company for the quarter ending September 30, 2005.  The distributions are payable on October 15, 2005 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2005. 

CPA®:16 - Global, CPA®:15, CPA®:14 and CPA®:12 are members of the $7.4 billion W. P. Carey Group of companies managed by W. P. Carey & Co. LLC.  The Group invests in single-tenant corporate properties through the net lease or sale-leaseback financing structure.

  • CPA®:16 – Global’s distribution increased to $0.1500 per share. 
  • CPA®:15’s distribution increased to $0.1599 per share.
  • CPA®:14’s distribution increased to $0.1914 per share.
  • CPA®:12’s distribution remained at $0.2067 per share.
