Katherine Speltz joined W. P. Carey’s Asset Management Transactions Team in September 2017. Previously, she worked within the Investment Research group at Ariel Property Advisors where she performed valuation and market research work. She earned her B.S. in Finance from Tulane University and graduated from Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, CT.
