Ms. Loring is the Marketing Manager of the Carey Self-Storage Fund and is responsible for managing the acquisitions process. Ms. Loring joined W. P. Carey’s investment department in April 2005 as Assistant to the Managing Director. She has worked in various capacities to help source and acquire properties in the investment department.
Prior to W. P. Carey, Ms. Loring served as Corporate Secretary for Girard Capital, Inc., a self funded private venture capital firm in San Diego, California. Ms. Loring served as Vice President of Girard Foundation and contributed to the strategic planning, capital structuring, and equity financing within the portfolio of Girard’s companies. Ms. Loring received her education at University of Iowa, College of Business in Accounting and Management.
